What we do
Services for New-Build and Commercial Sites
We handle a full range of brickwork cleaning, brick tinting and exterior finishing work for housebuilders, developers and contractors. We also offer roof and driveway cleaning as additional services alongside our core brickwork and new-build work.
Our core service. We remove mortar smears, construction residue and staining from new-build brickwork, delivering a consistent, handover-ready finish across single plots or full developments.
Colour-matching and correction for patch repairs, replaced brick, or mismatched brickwork — carried out by experienced bricklayers, not decorators, so repairs blend rather than stand out.
Cleaning for rendered, clad and mixed-material commercial and new-build exteriors, restoring a consistent finish across the whole elevation.
Removal of dirt, algae and staining from rendered surfaces using methods suited to the render type, without damaging the finish.
Repair and reinstatement of damaged or deteriorating stone cills as part of a wider brickwork or handover programme.
Snagging and customer care cleaning for housebuilders, addressing brickwork and exterior issues flagged post-handover, quickly and to the same standard as the original build.
Fast, careful removal from brickwork and external surfaces, without damaging the material underneath, suited to site hoardings, commercial premises and construction perimeters.
Removal of paint and coatings from brick and masonry using methods matched to the surface, protecting the material while restoring its original appearance.
Cleaning for residential, commercial and industrial solar installations, helping maintain panel performance across a site or development.

We have worked across housebuilder developments, industrial units and commercial sites throughout the town and the wider Dudley area. Common questions
Questions about brickwork cleaning and brick tinting
Answers to the questions we are asked most.
How much does brickwork cleaning cost?
Price depends on the size of the plot or site, the brick type and the level of build-up. We confirm the scope after a quick look and give you a clear fixed price before any work starts.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
No, there is no call-out fee. We come out, look at the job and give you a free quote in person.
Will cleaning damage new or existing brickwork?
Not when it is done right. We match the method to the age and type of brick, and we use softer techniques on delicate surfaces or new brickwork. Our brickwork cleaning and brick tinting work protects the brick while getting a consistent, handover-ready finish.
How long does the work take?
A single plot or a small commercial elevation is often done in a day. Larger developments or full brick tinting programmes may take longer, depending on scale. We give you a realistic timeline when we quote.
Do you guarantee the quality of the work?
Yes. We check the finish with you before we leave and we stand behind the standard of our work. If something is not right, we put it back and sort it.
